I am still fairly new to the hobby. I have had several occasions where, even after a thorough review on TER, the provider has arrived and is not at all what I was expecting i.e looks, weight, gender (just kidding). In fact, one provider was so unattractive, I paid her for her time and thats all. Maybe I am too nice, but I really just wanted her to leave, saving me the time and money to spend with someone else. What is the appropriate protocal, if any, when someone shows up and there is zero chemistry?
If the lady is obviouly not the one in the photos, turn her away and do not even think about giving her anything. She is there on false pretenses, basically a scam. Same applies to ladies that are obviously using photos that are very outdated.
However when the lady is the one in the ad and your expectations are higher than they should have been or the chemistry is just wrong. Tough to do, but just tell her soon as you realize the problem. If you haven't wasted a lot of her time, most likely she will ask for a fee for the time spent and leave with no one hurt. The fee will be a large fraction of the overall fee, depending on effort to get together and time alloted for the session. This is one reason to never book extended appointments with providers you have never met before.

for most first meetings. I always have a $20 in my shirt pocket. When she opens the door I have about 1 min. to make the decission. If it's not what I expected I give her the twenty and excuse myself. This is much harder to do if she is coming to your place.

I do not see reviewed girls so this happens about one out of eight to ten sessions. When it happens I usually am so horney I start calling providers that I have seen before until I find one that can see me. Lucky I have a long list.
