1. Open your post & click "edit message"
2. Delete everything in the message box
3. Delete everything in the subject line and replace it with the word "delete"
4. Submit

you'll see a reply along the lines of "your post had been submitted and will be approved shortly" but don't worry about that. Your post will them be gone.  

If your post is older and no longer has an edit option, then you have to use the Report This Post link and ask admin to delete it for you.

Actually the moment you hit "edit message" your post should disappear from view.
