After three "newbie friendly" providers on p411 ignored my appointment requests the fourth responded within two hours and I had a date for the next day!
She was highly rated here on TER and had over 40 reviews and it turned out to be a wonderful first time experience for this 50 year old newbie (what an oxymoron...50 year old newbie lol!).
