Personally I like google image search better, it usually picks up what tineye misses.

Reasons to use an image search site are to be sure the pics in the ads are not fakes, stolen or scam ads (ie. posted in multiple cities on the same date).

To do a google image search - go to google.com, click on the image tab.

in the search box you will see a little camera, click on that.  It will give you the option to enter the picture address or to download an image from your computer.

enter the pic address or download from your computer and then google image will pull up all the pics they find online of that image.

forgot to mention

if you don't know how to find the pic address - right click on the picture (which has to be online btw), scroll down to "Properties" click on that - it will give you the file address for the pic, copy and paste that into the address field if you dont want to download a pic from your computer.

But,it was a great start and a very useful tool to the gents and providers. It saves a lot of time if you are wondering if those hot pictures in ads are indeed her and not stolen.
There are some sites that include the tineye link on ads so it is very easy to see if the pics are real or fake.
Funny how even with that tool there will be some who will use fake pics even with the tineye link there I guess they are hoping guys will not check.
Even with tineye or google images one still has to do their research but it does save a lot of time and in some cases avoided being disappointed.

If I send you a photo of me, you can find me if my family for instance has posted pictures on Picassa, for example. Or, if a provider has personal photos somewhere on the net  with her true identity, does she risk being exposed?

I was just trying to do an image search on a couple of providers on EROS who did not have any reviews.  When I tried to right click I got a message that right clicks were blocked!  I noticed this on a lot of the pictures.  Does EROS do this on all of them?  Possibly to keep them from being image searched?

why not try a search on your own personal photos and see what comes up?

I did this and did not see any links to facebook which is where my real info is, but I did see my ads show up.

Also its a good way to see if someone else is using your pics in their ads.

Eros probably has right click blocked because they do not want anyone stealing pics from that site.  It probably has nothing to do with your trying to make sure the pic is real or not.

but prefer google/images now. However, I usually use both. Also remember, not getting any results doesn't always mean you're good to go.

A provider who uses personal pictures on the internet for example facebook, picassa, etc. she is fine as long as she is not using the same pictures in her ads.Which I cannot see a provider doing this so there would be no way for her identity to be exposed. If you have family pictures on picassa or a family member has your picture in their photo album no one would be able to connect that you are indeed wow0315 from TER.Most of the time with picassa if you have photo albums there most people mark certain albums as private or just for the select people they want to see.

Even if the album was public someone would need to have your picture first to see what other sites that picture comes up on but still would not connect you to a hobby website unless you have your picture posted on a hobby website. Now,if you sent that picture to a provider or to anyone else and they wanted to look it up on google images or tineye that picture could come back in the search results if it is located somewhere else on the internet.
I hope this clears it up for you.

A great way for providers to see if their pictures are being stolen. This is how I found out my pictures were being used by another provider in another city.

Eros pictures are stolen all the time and used elsewhere maybe they decided to put safe guards on the site to avoid this.

Makes good sense.  I did find a couple of postings on one of the other boards where someone was using a picture of a 2011 Playboy Playmate.  Another good reason to follow the advise I have received here to only see well reviewed providers.  Unfortunately I am having to scratch a couple off the list I was going to contact, but as the old saying goes, better safe than sorry.

Provider's are stealing photo's world wide off modelmayhem, and escort sites of other gals whom have no clue they are being taken advantage of & you fellas end up spending $ on a liar who stole real pics.

Why support lames who can not be honest & use photos of their own selves?

"View", "Source" in Internet Explorer.  You'll open up the html code for that web page.  Then you can do a "Find" for .jpg and see if you can decipher which one is the picture you want.  Then you'll have the entire url fo copy/paste into Google images.  There's a few variables like it may not always be a .jpg and could be a .jpeg or .gif or whatever, but it works 99% of the time.

Takes a little bit of detective work, but after you've done it once or twice, it's easy.
