Providers with 3 months or more without reviews

I am researching safe providers. There are some providers that have updated reviews such as in 2009. Great!

However, some providers only have reviews in Dec 2008.

Should this be a concern? Was she busted by LE or is this something I should stay away?
Please advise. Thanks

No. My last review was in December of 2008. That doesn't mean I've been busted, and it doesn't mean I've retired either. It simply means that in the last 4 months, I have not seen a new client who also happens to write reviews. One reason for that is that probably 80% of my clients are repeating clients, so there is nothing new to review. Ocassionally one of these gentlemen will update a previous review, which gives me a current review, but most don't, and that's just fine.

However, a long gap in reviews can mean what you think it means. So if you are considering seeing a particular lady who has not had any reviews for several months, you may want to do a little back channeling or inquiring on your local board, and consider e-mailing her to ask if she is still active. Also look at advertising sites like Eros.com to see if the lady is running current ads.

So basically, it doesn't mean you should stay away, but it may mean that additional research is warranted.

I just this week got a new review.  My last one was October or November of last year... six months!  I had no legal problems, I simply tend to stick with my regular friends.  Essentially, lack of recent reviews can simply mean the lady IS established!

As SOTF says, it does indicate a little more homework should be done to make sure...

No it doesn't mean someone got busted.   Besides seeing repeat clients, many guys don't write reviews for the ladies who have a lot of them as they don't realize we really need them to stay current.  I have heard many times, "I didn't write a review for _________ as she doesn't need it but I did see her last month..."

I just took 7 mos off the have surgery and recover - no reviews from sept-mar.  I know providers who take the summers off to hang out with the kids, take time off for classes, to move, to rebuild a car or whatever other endeavor they want to do and can afford.  I really love being a provider as I CAN take time off, extended periods or short vacations and not worry about getting fired :)

If the provider is answering the e-mail or phone she not busted, right?  In deference to the ladies who already answered, I would question very "old" reviews because providers are like anybody else, they have life changes that may effect their job.  Like one of my ATF left the hobby and got involed in an abusive relationship, she returned but the sweetness that the "old" reviewers mentioned clearly was gone. Another had a baby and the athletic was now baby fat..things change

I saw Erica in March and had an amazing time.  You can feel confident that you are making a good decision if you decide to see Erica.  I hope that she lets me know when she comes back to LA.  She has me in her spell.

Lately I've been semi-resting and only have been seeing very few clients, either ones I already know well, or executive level clients who found me thru Eros and who don't happen to know anything about TER.  So I may end up with no reviews for 3 months.  I am not sure that will end up being the case, but I think 3 months may be too short a time to deem a lady "inactive".  4 - 5 months may be better period to judge?

NO, a break in reviews may actually be a good thing!  I means the lady is seeing many repeat clients (who can not review her again).  Also, only a minority of clients...  even TER members...  write reviews.

Still a provider should be "well reviewed"...  several reviews from clients who have themselves written several reviews.

I just saw a provide who did not have a review in 2 years. She got out of the business and has decided to return to the biz. As long as you do your homework/research you should be ok. The provider in question had 2 pages of great reviews and when we started exchanging emails she told me why there were no reviews for 2 yrs. We than exchanged phone calls and we both had a good comfort level of each other. Voila, a great session occurred. Good luck

I saw a great provider the first time whose reviews were 4+ months old. She had a great body of work, however. We had a marvelous time.

I asked her if she would like me to submit a review and she said yes. I did and her remarks to me later were the new review perked up her requests.
