From above subject only, you know I am really a newbie. I browsed some providers web sites, the donations are around 900 dollars per hour. Man.. it is too high for me.
I am looking for around 200 dollars worth of adventure. I know the quality differs based on price. But can I get decent one in my range ? Decent means, I mean Appearance > 7 and performance > 8.

Quality has very little to do with price .. price is more a what the market will bare and regional location ie. NYNY vs. Las Vegas.
In Las Vegas you can find 100's of excellent providers providing the highest quality from a range of 250 - 400. Sounds as if you need a vacation to Vegas. ....hobby safe hobby well hobby all you can be.
With regards to donations, as you have seen they can vary widely. Do not equate price to the companionship you will receive.
Do a search to find the type of lady you like and the donation range you are comfortable in. For example, in NYC there are many lovely ladies between $$ and $$$$ that are wonderful!

Go to Canada for the most out of your money, especially Vancouver.
It's Demand and Supply rule, If there are not a lot of providers in such a location that lots of gentlemen with $$$, the rate is high. And in cities which lots of girls working, the rate is okay.
