I tried to search the boards but did not find sufficient information on how to present a tip.

Normal rules of engagement dictate donation in plain envelop up front. So what if you want to tip? Do you have another plain envelop with a pre-determined tip in it ready to be presented at the end?

Providers please help; what is the best way to present a tip if you feel the service was outstanding?

I ask for tips to be presented in the same place where the donation was placed, no envelope required. At that point, we are all finished so I don't feel like it's a setup if you leave the tip there

I have always received tips in the same place where the donation is left.  If it is a gentleman I have seen before, the tip is normally already in with the donation.  Sometimes they tell me before the session starts that there is something extra in there for me, with a wink - maybe to get a little extra attention and TLC?  Sometimes they wait until after the session to put the tip out so that I know they are tipping me, and they will always say something about the session being especially enjoyable.

I wouldn't tip prior to the time(but I have,so ya' know). Don't mention the tip if you decide to include it initially. Makes you look like you're expecting preferential treatment. Those who EXPECT 'pats-on-the-back',for being kind, seem to have ulterior motives for doing so.

Don't feel obligated to tip. This could lead to a provider expecting it(been there done that).

If you're self-conscious about 'oversion' place your tip in the bathroom.

My Fav ladies are old school, donation left while re-dressing.  I normally place some pocket junk on her dresser, next to my clothes.  When I have picked up my stuff the donation is left behind.  
I'd do the same with a tip.  Does not require an envolupe.  I never use them.  I do have the donation separate in my key pocket with a paper clip to keep it together.
