With regard to screening that is something you'll need to think about and come to a decision on your own. References can be other providers, and as a newbie you won't have any. That means you will likely be asked for personal info -- real name, some redacted image of your ID, work information and the like. Preferred411 will ask for that as well.

 
That will put you in the position of either starting in a riskier segment of the market and not giving that PII out by seeing providers that don't really do screening to speak of (which means both they might not even be providers but robbers or they will not be young and pretty or much fun to have sex with) in order to build up references that a better class of providers will accept.

Many ladies will see you if very reputable.  You need to look for reputable ladies... Contact as they ask and be polite explain you are new... Provide link to LinkedIn or way to verify who you area,  Selfie holding your ID/Work Badge... Just cover up some details... Address or DL number... (Phones do have this ability.) No need for fancy things..  Just do before you send...

I have had some of the best newbies and some OMG....  Just take your time finding the right lady and always just be respectful that goes further...
