If the client has posted anything using his profile name/or alias on TER one  of the fastest ways (there are several) is simply to fire up Google or Bing and put in his profile/alias name.

Another easy way using TER's default web page is just to click on the "Search" button
and put his profile name in the "Search For" or author box although again Google Bing have been the fastest for me.

I don't know if you're new to TER or not, but you can gain valuable info a few ways.

One is to read the "Self Help Center" under the life raft icon at the top right of the TER web page.

Another is to read several Newbie Threads going back a ways hitting topics that might be helpful to you.  There's a ton of info that way.  Using the provider boards would be an additional way/pming some providers as well as checking out the local "regional" boards for your area.

Make him stand facing the wall with his arms outstretched above his head and palms against the wall.  Then use your hands in a pat-down search just like at the airport.  When you get to the crotch area, spend quite a bit of time there to feel if anything is going on.  If there is, you need to get his pants off quick, and deal with whatever comes up.  The only way to ensure your complete safety is to get everything off him to make sure nothing untoward is concealed.

You may want to consider an upsell for this unique service.  It is highly creative.
