I was using anagency for a while and found, as one of the members here said, "they can be a hit or miss".
Now the point is, they are actually posting fake reviews about themselves. I want to report this to the site, and is suggested to use the "feedback" thing.
the question is A, how to even post a feedback for a member/review? I only found "report a problem". B, will the reviewer see who's posting the feedback? I mean, I will still use the agency in the future, you know...
Examples of when to submit a Problem Report: website not loading or incorrect, incorrect phone number, a change in the provider's appearance or services offered, a review posted to the wrong profile, a provider has two profiles that need to be combined, a review is posted with a score that exceeds the provider's score maximum.
Examples of when to send in a Feedback: reporting a fake or fraudulent review, requesting an entire profile removed from TER, questions about VIP access, questions about why your review has not posted, any inquiry that requires a response.
Since you suspect a fake or fraudulent review, use the Contact Us form rather than the Problem Report form.
it goes to admin, not the agency you are reporting, as far as I know. The reply will be to you, not them, again as far as I know.
However, to be safe, you might want to just use the contact us button, as has been suggested, rather than the report a problem button on the profile. That way there is no direct contact between you and whatever profile you are reporting. If you go this route, be sure to include the ID# on the profile, so admin will know exactly who you are discussing.
