I just joined the TER and wasn't able to find a place where I can enter a review...can someone help??

click on the "reviews" icon and then, on the left side of the screen you will see a icon, "submit a review".

Does the provider already have reviews?
If she doesn’t they won’t approve your review because you’re a total noob

If the provider already has reviews don’t be surprised if they still don’t approve your review because you’re a total noob.

Even after you meticulously fill out all the profile fields, and the provider has many prior reviews, and there is plenty of detail in your “Juicy details” section the review could be unapproved for reason of her web ad / personal website link being temporarily inoperative.

If your review is not approved at once, check the account manager at the top.  Often a problem like web address can be fixed.  Often ads will out date but you can find a new ad to fix the link.  You have 3 months to get a review submitted, so enjoy the boards & resubmitt.  (No reason to start from scratch.)
