How to mail provider through TER?

So trying to sent an email to provider who has a generic name like Jennifer. So I type that in the to box but who does the system send the mail to?  There must be dozens of Jennifer's out there.

and that's the person it will go to.

There could be a jenifer a Jenifer,  JeniFer, etc.

You ought to find their profile (Assuming they have one.), and see the exact spelling on there, or better yet, just PM her from there, as there is a button to do that.

You can also see if you can find a post from them on some board, and PM them by clicking the envelope button when you open their post.

Thanks. I think the issue is that she's not VIP so there is no send mail button on her profile page. Makes sense.

The mailbox is not associated with VIP status.  No mail box means that the handle is an alias.

Even without the VIP envelope her TER profile page could still have an email address.  Check under the general information where it says "email".
