For those that don't want to divulge any personal information ever, is there a good way to know which providers don't require a screening.  For example almost none of the reviews I've read mention a screening and the provider's almost never list that on their post.

The providers web site should tell you what screening if any they require.

Now I'll add that if she doesn't screen then you don't want to see her. If you have some references and belong to a verification site P411, Date Check etc  then the provider may take those instead of personal info. She may take the P411 info etc instead of references. (As a newbie I know you may not have references.) But you don't want to see a provider that doesn't screen. If she isn't concerned about her safety by checking you out then she won't be concerned about your safety. Too many things can happen under those circumstances most of them "ain't good".

I might have used the wrong word when I said provider.  The ladies I have been looking at aren't part of any agency, have decent reviews and have no website. While it does make sense about the safety, I doubt I'll be giving any personal information over to anyone anytime soon.

Provider is the correct word. It's true that many independent providers don't have web sites so you may have to wait about seeing the ones you are interested in until you can get verified. I suggest going to P411 or Date Check. They can verify you so that the providers that are listed with them know you are who you say you are. P411 (maybe Date Check too) has some providers that designate themselves as newbie friendly and will work with you to see you. These providers should be able to give you references. Some providers won't see you even with references if you won't give some personal info. It is always your choice what to do.

You will have to give up some info to the verification site. But they will work out a way for you to be comfortable with it.  

Again there are providers that don't screen but I don't recommend going there.
