How do you meet with the girls who want references? I don't do this often enough that I would be remembered and I don't know how I would ask for a reference. I would like to meet with certain girls but most of them want references. Any info would be appreciated.

search for some providers that advertise 'newbie friendly'.  Their screening is likely to be lighter.  If they are TER members, ask them to give you a whitelist ref here.  You can also join one or more of the verification sites, Date Check, Preferred 411, or Room Service 2000.  You will have to give up some personal info to then unless one of the providers you have seen gives you a recommendation to join.  Check and see which is most popular in your area, it does vary in different parts of the country.
