Much like finding my first job.  I'm discovering that all of the K-Girl listings I'm calling in Los Angeles are requiring recent provider references.  Seeing as how I've never asked for one before, I don't have any.

So here are my questions.  How can I find providers who won't require one, but will give one?  Are there any K-girl agencies who will do this?  I'm happy to provide whatever info they want.

But if someone absolutely has to have a provider reference, then you are probably out of luck.

What you need to do is keep contacting either agencies (They are often better about this.) or indies and tell them your situation.  Eventually someone will help you out, but write sincerely and grammatically as well.

I think' the best verification site for letting guys know that girls are newbie friendly.  From what I have read, the K-girls and their shops are not real good about giving references.

Your best be is to find providers that are newbie friendly, rather than the K-girls, who usually work out of shops, and are not real eager to hand out refs.
