...is current, then any discount offered should still be valid and you can leave the discounted amount.  Of course, you have to be a P411 member to get the discount.

If there is a discount listed on p411 and you are a member of p411 then you just deduct that amount from the hourly rate or total depending on what the discount is (example: $50 off = $50 entire visit or $50 p/h = $50 1 hour, $100 2 hours etc).  Make sure you make initial contact through p411 so the provider knows you are a member ... No other discussion is needed.  Does not matter when she last logged into p411 ... The provider puts the discount on her profile so its her responsibility to remove it if she doesn't want to honor it anymore.  

If you have seen a provider once before and their ad states a discount for "friends" that means she does not need to screen you again so the discount is to get repeat business from someone that is easy to schedule (hence no additional work on her part). Again no need to discuss, however if you must ask just say "do I get the friend discount" or "do I get the p411 discount"?  

Btw ... Discounts aren't there because we think those who use them are "cheapskates", they are there to say "thank you" for being easier to verify
