I just received my first review and am wondering how do I connect the review to my handle/stage name?

I think you are asking about having the "See my TER Reviews" link appear under your name and yellow envelope, am I right?

You use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of almost every page and ask TER Admin to do the technical stuff on their end. Also ask them to give you Free Limited VIP which will include PM privileges.
