How to change my Alias?

How to change my Alias?

I have an alias, and I see a link under "My TER" that leads to "my alias". But once there I don't see any way to change it. Any idea why? I am a "VIP member".

Use the "contact us" button to send a feedback to TER.

Tell them to delete your alias so you can make a new one. (You had to have had the alias for 90 days. They won't allow you to change it before that.) Once they delete it then you can create a new one by going to "my alias."

You can't delete it on your own, but you can create a new one once they delete the existing one.  

By the way you have to be a VIP to have an alias, so we know you are VIP. ;)

Contact admin

You can change your alias every 90 days. It is done by emailing the Admin. Look under the Contact Us menu.

What admin will do is delete your current alias and then you just go in and create a new one.
