1. Never ask a provider about specific activities until AFTER you have paid her and she is sure that you are not LE. Yes, even asking about feet may get you ignored or hung up on.

2.  We can not give recommendations on the newbie board.  You may want to ask this question on your regional board.

In general, ask nothing sexual until you whisper in her ear when you are both naked between the sheets.
However, one might be able to ask "I really like sexy toes." or something non-sexual & see what kind of response you get.  If you say "Magic with her toes"...  you might well make her uncomfortable & that'll be the end of the contact.  It's just not possible to get too deep before an initial meeting.

Hi Guys,

Am a newbie on the forum and just went through all the information I can find on the website. Great site for all the hobbyists I would say.
Anyway, I have a basic question. I am going to jump in the pool soon but I am specifically looking for  some foot action. Can I ask the provider directly if she will be willing to do some magic with her toes or shall I use some other words?
Also any good references in San Francisco Bay area for newbies. All the Bay area guys chip in .

Not a foot man myself, though I have been known to get carried away, rubbing and kissing the feet of a beautiful woman with sexy feet. In my experience, the few times I have done this, as Mr. Fisher reported, no one has stopped me. But I think you guys go a little beyond my play.

I also think it is okay to say something like, "Want to let you know I am really into feet." The one thing I would add is that you should not say that until you have been screened and made an appointment. if you start out with anything that seems to be leading to a discussion of specific acts, before getting through screening and making a date, the odds of no reply go way up. Once you have that date, all you are doing is setting the provider's expectations (and you probably will find her wearing some nice shoes, maybe stockings, for your amusement), and giving her an opportunity to back out if that is a problem for her.

I know from your point of view you would prefer to screen for your foot fun before she screens for her security, but every relationship requires compromise...
