I noticed someone submitted a review of me, unfortunately I can’t read it because I’m not VIP. Is that the only way I’d be able to view it?! Seems odd...but I’m getting no support from the support team here. I know I could sign up and pay,  but I’m not going to! Lol 🤓

As a provider you should have “limited “ vip
This allows you to read your reviews and also send messages within the system.
If you can do neither you most likely need to “claim “ your profile here

On the left, there is an option to Claim your profile.  Use that to submit a claim on the profile and once that is completed, you should be able to read your reviews.
