As I understand it, these agencies are fairly rigorous in their screening and you'll be found out and blackballed, leading to a case of blue balls.

 
Instead, think long term and find newbie friendly providers whom you can later use as references so that you can enter the kingdom of K-gals finally.

P411 is a godsend. Worth every penny. You can get screened the one time and then providers check it for safety. The providers never get your information. Get wit a couple newbie friendly girls first - vanilla p411 is fine for them. Ask them for "oks" and pretty soon u have two oks, which almost everyone accepts.

First of all, references aren't just a check box on a form. When verifying a potential client, providers (or their agents) will make direct contact and varying amounts of info might be exchanged from the simplest ("met him; had no problems") to the more detailed. And everyone has to decide who to trust and to what extent.

Your tone in your post might not be the same as your tone with the KMP phone girl, but if you demonstrated a lack of patience and restraint to them, that's not a good thing. What will happen in the room? When she leaves to take a quick prelim shower and takes 4 minutes instead of 2 minutes, will you be breaking lamps and tearing up the furniture? Everybody wants to be safe. They are giving you a chance to go out and get some references that they will find acceptable (probably not a couple of BP girls with no reviews). You should give them a chance to verify you and invite you into their world.

In your OP, you say that you are new to this, so maybe you are a little over eager and didn't have TER advice. MY advice - too late now - would have been something like this, after the initial rejection and their explanation, take another 30 seconds to say: "Are you sure there's nothing I can do for you to verify me today? No? ... OK. Thank you anyway. I'll try again the next time I'm in the area." (Or, "... in a couple of weeks." or "... when I have some references for you.")

I was told on the K boards that Las Vegas is the best place to "get in" with K girls, because they are used to screening out of towners there. Places like Cali are much more strict with screening.

I did sign up and got approved on P411 and didn't seem to help. I am a very low volume hobbyist and it been so long that previous providers don't remember me.  I have been on TER for a few years. I thought if I had a TER member ID and P411 approval I would be able to get an appointment. I have even called the numbers and left a voice mail and so far I have not had a call back.  I have tried a number of the adult dating sites and ended up being scamed. Being low volume is okay, however you do need to show a pattern of consistency for p411 to be of benefit. If you like the site and it’s one stop shop appeal, just make sure you are seeing a companion every 3-4 months through out the year. You may have to stick with newby friendly girls until you build an initial history.

 
Since I often repeat with one girl, I don’t always get an okay, but you can get an “updated “ okay from a provider. So in your case, if you like one girl for example and repeat with her as a low volume guy, you can still build your history with updated okays from the same provider. K girl communities is a different animal than p411, much more inclusive, but p411 does work, even if you’re low volume once you establish a history and show some consistency.

I feel this is a common misunderstanding. Having okays on P411 may help you during the screening process, but this is not a guarantee that you fully satisfy the requirements of every provider's screening process. P411 highly encourages providers to collect additional information and screen through other methods. This isn't to say that P411holds no value. I think all of us should utilize P411. It is a great tool for providers and hobbyists.  

As far as OP's concerns, I completely agree that finding newbie-friendly providers is the way to go. Do yourself a favor and read the provider's website and/or reviews before contacting her. If her website indicates that she has a specific screening process and then you email her without the requested information for that process, you are showing her that you are unable or unwilling to follow instructions. This alone, can be enough to scare off a provider. If you can't follow simple instructions regarding screening, you are unlikely to follow instructions you will be given for the day of the appointment.

When I started I had a lot of trouble getting those two first references. After you establish those two references hobbying becomes super easy, but before that it's a fucking chore. I'll tell you what I did. You're going to have to systematically look through the TER profiles of all the providers in your area, one by one, and check out their websites/ads and find the ones that don't require references. Yes, this will take a lot of time, hours if not a couple days, since you need to zero in on the small number of providers that don't require references, that aren't agency girls (as agencies typically require references or at least info you're unwilling to provide), that suit your tastes, and that have a decent number of reviews. Be warned, you might have to hook up with a provider that's outside your spending budget or travel a bit farther than you'd prefer, getting that first reference is a bit rough after all.

 
The good thing is, even if you hook up with a provider that doesn't provide references, you can still post a review of her. That'll make your TER profile look a bit more fleshed out. I see you did review a provider already, and oddly enough a girl that does require a reference, which is interesting. If anything see if she'll let you use her as a reference. Ask her if she knows any providers that would be interested in seeing you. Honestly, so long as you have one solid reference, all you have to do is hook up with a provider that your reference knows, and she'll at least know a few since these higher end escorts typically communicate with each other. This second girl should provide you with the second reference, and from there you'll be able to do your K-girl thing.

 
If for whatever reason Miss Nina Lover doesn't consent to being used as a reference and isn't interested in referring you to other providers, you're just going to have to keep searching. It's not so bad, you'll get to bang some girls along the way after all, even if it's not those K-girls you're interested in. Getting P411 is useful, it'll help make you look more safe, even if you don't end up using it much. The first provider that offered herself as a reference liked that I had a P411 account, and she saw that I reviewed a couple girls already, I just had to explain that neither girl wanted to be used as a reference. My second reference was from a girl she knew and recommended me to, so getting the second reference was much easier than the first.

It's tough to start.  But, once you get a few references you're good to go.  Yes, starting out it's hard.  It was hard for me.  But, there are plenty of women who are willing to verify you based on your employment and even Google searches.  Just be patient.  Also, I avoid agencies because they tend to ask for too much information.  

I greatly prefer independents because they're more willing to verify you through different means.  Also, ask for a two or three hour meeting instead of the quickie one hour.  Ladies are more willing to take the time to verify you and once you're done it's not an issue anymore.

Getting your first reference is the hardest. After that it should be a breeze if that reference is established in the community. Lots of providers accept 1 reference. If not most providers know and are friends with other providers. Just ask your first reference to recommend one of her friends in the area. Never lie about your references. Just take the time to build up your resume. Lying could get you out on the dns list or even blacklisted I'd think. Just give it time and you'll get your references built up in no time.

Don't lie.  That'll surely blow up in your face.  Ask for an alternative verification.   If one says no, move on.    

I am newbie friendly, and so I try to offer flexible options for gentlemen who haven't gone through the screening process before.  

If you are uncomfortable sending your work information that does make it difficult, but I accept an email from your work as long as it ends in @yourwork.com. You can also take a photo of your business card. If you don't have a linkdin, I highly recommend getting one, and making sure your co workers and people that know you endorse you. Whenever someone isn't comfortable with my options for employment confirmation, the very next option I offer is accepting linkdin if they have a solid account. If you have a profile and you don't have anyone else recommending you or anything, then it isn't very helpful. I also accept social media, but it doesn't carry a lot of weight because they are easily forged. If you have ever been listed online for your kind of work, like for example if you're a professor and you've had an article published, that is helpful.

Sending a photo of your ID, and being willing to show it when you arrive is another option. Also, if your number is listed under your real name and you aren't using a burner phone.  

As long as the girl knows how to go about screening someone who is new, all of the things I have mentioned would be acceptable to me. But, each lady is different and has different standards. Some girls like for you to send a picture of yourself, I don't require this but I do understand the logic behind it.

Personally, much of screening is the vibe I get and my gut feeling, so your willingness to provide information, how you speak to me, and your attitude over email is just as important as the actual screening that you provide. So, I highly recommend always reading a lady's website and paying attention to her preferences when it comes to contact and screening. And, never, ever attempt to discuss anything explicit or anything regarding donation. That is a huge red flag for me when someone is screening and seeing a companion for the first time.

If you are doing an outcall, you can have her call you at the hotel. Hotels require giving guest's last name in addition to their room number, so this would allow her to confirm your identity. I am a little different than most girls, because I am not hyper scared of LE, what I am most concerned about when I screen is ensuring you aren't someone who plans to harm me. I personally believe that CPD has way too much on their plate to go through the screening process in order to catch little old me on a misdemeanor.
