The comments by atl_mgr you should take to heart, it is as safe as you make it, but you do sound awfully paranoid. Has anyone ever been robbed on an incall - of course they have, but far more of a fear for the provider than the hobbyist. Just 2 months ago a "cop" in Baltimore was arrested for robbing providers at their incall after partaking their services - you never know! But you can get robbed trying to buy gas. Your last question, I am just too speechless to give an answer too, I feel like the duck on the original AFLAC commercial - aaaawwwwwww!!!

When I first found TER I thought it was TGTBT.  Not to mention when I found all the hotties on EROS.  

Upgrading to VIP that is the most important place to start for a newbie.  Once you get the chance to check out the full reviews you will be able to see how many have been posted by guys who have already taken the risk for you.  

If you have a regional board that is in your area go there and ask for recommendations(drop down menu to the left).
You will need to give some personal info in the beginning, so choose a provider who can be trusted with it.  Later you can use her as a reference and will no longer need to worry about your privacy being disrupted.
