I found that there are only 34 providers in my area on p411. That's much less than the reviewed providers on TER. I'm wondering how my p411 account can help if I want to see a provider without a p411 account.

...see some of the P411 ladies and get OK's. The ok's will help with other P411 ladies. Ask the ladies you see if the would serve as references for providers that are not P411 members. You might consider encouraging the non members to become members.

Not necessarily... I find that giving the P411 info, although a non-member provider can't see your ok's, helps with the screening.  Just mentioning you are a member seems to put them at ease about you.... depending on the provide of course.
