Ok I have seen a couple a well reviewed providers, and all went well. Now I have stumbled across a new girl who has a web site, but no reviews on TER. How does one assess safety from an LE viewpoint. I am willing to risk money and effort, but would prefer to avoid LE.

She is willing to outcall outside of her metropolitan area, which says to me that if she is LE they are going to a lot of trouble. (website, multiple county jurisdictions. Plus, we have played email and phone tag for a few days. What info would you guys look for to reduce risk. Maybe I should stick to the well reviewed, but she is so.. cute. Please advise. Thanks

Is she still inside city or county limits from you?

What kind of website does she have?

LE(Sheriff)isn't going to cross county lines
and the PD isn't going beyond city limits. They also are not going to invest in an expensive website let alone travel any measurable distance just for occasional low level, non violent, outcall misdemeanor busts.  

That, in the end, is what will matter the most.

That said, you could ask her for references of other providers she might know and may vouch for her; or, she may even know a hobbyist who is known on the boards and would PM you (If you had VIP, which I see you don't, unless you are using an alias.)

You could also inquire on your local board if anyone knows about her.

Lastly, see if she is willing to talk on the phone for a bit and see if you can get a sense of her that way.  (Police radios in the background would be a dead giveaway.)
