I can't predict with 100% accuracy as each person's body is different, but for me about 8 oz. a day does the trick.  It will take at least a week for your body to fully absorb the chemicals that account for the pleasant taste.

Also, you should avoid eating foods that will spoil the taste.  These tend to be meats and fats, so eat them sparingly, or up the amount of pineapple juice.  Eating other sweet fruits also helps such as bananas.
