Reviews by new members of unreviewed providers are often not accepted for several reasons.  You can find "account manager" and see if there is a reason given.  They can be edited & resubmitted for up to 90 days, so the reviews are not wasted.

If you review a TER reviewed provider, it increases your ceditability & I suspect the likelyhood of your reviews posting quickly.  Then resubmit the others.
