How many is to many?

Happy Saturday!
My 'home' state is Ohio however I really wouldn't like to work out of this state (just a preference). What I've been doing is posting on other Regional State Boards that I visit frequently through my travels. Really I just respond to posts that are already up, I also usually include my website. Is there a rule against doing this (yes I've checked the self help guide but really can't find anything)? Just want to stay on my P's & Q's. My posts have been successful for the most part except one, I did PM the moderator and asked what I did wrong (trying to wait patiently on their response). Who am I kidding??!! I'm not the patient type - LOL. Can't wait to have my Provider Cherry Popped!
Thanx for your help,
Crystal

If you want to tour, then pick some dates, post them in the regional boards where you want to go, and wait for responses.  See what pops up.  You can respond to as many posts as you want to, but you can only post ads on a regional board once every 7 days.

If you are looking for replies to posts on different regional boards for dates, you won't get them unless the guys know you are coming to their city.  That means you have to post on the regional ad boards that you are touring to that city.  If you are doing a tour, you can post ads in the cities your are touring to, without violating the ad limit.  I would suggest, from your post about wanting to stay in Ohio, that you post ads in a single thread, that you are touring cities in state.

PM me if you need more info, I am the Ohio moderator also.

however, someone can correct if I'm wrong. I will mention that some hobbyist consider over responding to these 411/in search of posts, as a provider looking somewhat desparate.   As far as a post being rejected, go to MY TER, near the top of this page. Click on it then go to more, then use the drop down window to access your board posts. There should be a reason as to why the post was denied.
