It should be automatic. Look up at the top of this page, does it say "Welcome, partnavia! [VIP MEMBER]"? If it does, you are a VIP, if not you will want to contact [email protected].
You can also click on the "Account Manager" link at the top of every TER page, and then click "edit my profile". There you will find how many days of VIP membership you have banked.
