How long has it been since you wrote to TER?....

You have to give them at least a full day if not two.   They are usually very good about getting back to people about technical issues.

Or, you could just try to send the review again.   There might have been a glitch at the time you were using it.

I'm not a "newbie" but have an issue and haven't gotten a response from TER.   I attempted to post my problem on the GD Board, with hope that one of my peers could help,but was denied.  This past Wednesday, I attempted to review a provider who has not previously been reviewed (Carmyn St.Clair of Virtuoso Companions). I filled out the first page phone number, email([email protected]), personal website, and clicked "continue." I was prompted to enter an email address. The email addressed had been entered.  I repeated the entire procedure three time with the same result. I copied and pasted the email from the reviews page of a provider from the same agency. It is definite correct and in proper format. What is my problem? The system will not allow me to continue past the first page.

I just tried doing what the OP said he did and had no problem.

One thing that happened, which was pretty cool I think, was that I was presented with a list of providers in the same agency and was asked to confirm whether I meant to review one of them or continue.  I haven't seen that feature before, maybe because I haven't seen and reviewed a provider from an agency before.
