Some days they are very busy, but be patient.

Eventually they will come around and link your profile to your posts, which will mean you are a full provider registered TER member.

In the meantime, you can always cut and paste your profile to your posts if you like.

Hey there,
So I'm registered as a "basic member" ... But I'm a provider!!  I have a review here on this site also. I can't seem to get help from the TER team.. I have sent multiple messages and haven't gotten a response...  On why or how to change from a member to a provider status and I'm completely lost on this site..  lol lol...  Please help this girl figure it out. I would super appreciate any help you can give me.

I contacted them last week and twice this week...  I'm new on here so I appreciate your time and knowledge sharing.  :)

Do you see the Self-Help Center near the upper right (under the life preserver)? The list of topics has "Some info for providers" which details what you need to do to get the limited vip, pms and the link of your screen name to your profile. Take a look in case you might have missed one of their steps.

Ask admin to link your review profile to your handle.  That way, every post you make will have a link to your review(s) underneath your handle.  If you have a review on this site, you are a provider, not a basic member.

As mentioned, read the self help center, and if you have more questions, ask them here.  If you want a private answer, PM me, I am the host of the newbie board.
