Who can I contact to look into my last review , which this never took place. It is a fake review.
Please help. I wrote multiple emails to the board and no one is responding.

You need to send a message to TER and provide whatever proof you have that the session never took place.  If they think the proof is credible they'll remove the review.

Use the "Contact Us" link (bottom of any page) and lodge the complaint again. You must convince TER that the review is false. This should not be difficult since you seem to have compelling evidence. The reviewer, Ark1235, posted identical reviews for the only four providers he reviewed. TER will contact him to ask for your encounter's date, time, location, and other relevant information. You have to wait to see if the reviewer responds to TER's inquiry about your review. This process takes time, but the bogus review is usually removed. Hopefully, TER will ban the reviewer since his other three reviews appear highly suspicious. Good luck!

Use the  "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page on TER.

You will need to provide sufficient evidence to prove to TER that the session never occurred. They will not just "take your word" for it and remove the review. The only way to just get reviews removed on demand is to ask TER to delist you -- which means your profile and ALL reviews will be removed from display.

I contacted TER over a month ago (and they confirmed reaching out to the person that posted a review about a session that never occurred over a month ago).  My inquiry is still open and this seems to be FAR too long-- why not pull and hold the review pending until they work it out?

This current system benefits malicious clients or even providers that want to attack/harass/or simply ding a providers score.

I know I've lost clients due to the review (I've also had some tell me they *almost* didn't message because of the review but checked that guys other reviews as well as mine and they did have great times- so I understand the smart ones will see threw it), and it literally reads like a cranky client with a checklist of everything I do, systematically saying in the review that I DON'T offer or do these things or that there is an extra charge, etc.

How long does TER give a member to respond to a Review Complaint Inquiry?  And actually, the burden to prove the session OCCURRED is supposed to be on the REVIEWER according to everything TERs guidelines say.

So I'm wondering... what happened to our support?
I've never had issues take this long to resolve, and one was a fake review as well.

If you've been waiting a month since the last communications why not just follow up with them. As much as one might want, I think trying to deal with well developed support management tool and team, with managers that will be checking on resolution status times, is probably highly unrealistic.

In these cases, just like reporting issue or various types, is a largely community driven event. If you're not following up (within reasonable times frames, I'm pretty sure these type of things just slip through the crack.
