Hard to have a spontaneous discussion when posts take hours to go up ?

I know it's a pain in the ass to be moderated, but it's something we all went thru.  Best way to get unmoderated is to be active on your local board, so the mod knows you are not a flake.  After you establish a posting history, you might ask your local mod if he can un-moderate you.  Sometimes they have run moderation amnesty's where all you have to do is ask any mod to un-moderate you, watch for that.

I posted pretty regular for a month or more.  Mod got sick of reading my drivel & approved me.  If you don't post, have no record...  they have nothing to go on.

The worst that can happen is that they may say no.

and of course, they may approve you too which is what i am waiting for ..  as i most more on the chicago board but do visit here as well

well i wrote to TER support and the email came back as PM your group board moderator well for me to do that i have to be VIP so thats gonna be real soon ..
