If you mean a review, it can take up to 72 hours. If he wants to check the status, he can click on "Acoount Manager" at the top of the screen, go to "My Reviews." If something is wrong, they will tell why. As long as the status says "New," it's still pending approval.

I have saw it take longer, it all depends. And, that is if it is accepted!
