sorry if this is obvious to all of you..

let's say you meet with the provider in a public area. does the clock start ticking as soon as you two see each other face to face?

i am asking because someone said he flies into see the provider and provider picked him up at the airport.  assuming there was not a previous agreement, technically the guy is paying for the time as soon as she picks him up, right?

or does this diff from one provider to next. i am assuming this is the first time you meet the provider (so no friend discount or whatever)

Always assume that the clock starts ticking from the set time you have agreed to meet.

If you are late, also assume your already on the clock.  She may adjust it for you but that is her decision.  as in tipping her is yours.

Views will differ among providers as well as between providers and clients.  The rules I try to live by are:

1.  Never arrive early
2.  If I'm running late then the time starts when we agreed to meet.
3. If she is running late then the time starts when I arrive.

If you are a regular, you may get cut some slack, but I think it is unfair to a business-lady to expect it.

This is a question for the lady that you are going to meet with.

With incall, I can't arrive until she says she is ready and I can come in from wherever I've been lurking.

But yes, if it were outcall then I would want to start the clock when she arrived.

The comment below that it is really up to the provider is spot on.
