Well....A lady may hire a web designer like I have. Check out http://www.fmpromotions.org Normally a web desinger charges a fee from as little as nothing up to a couple thousand dollars depending on how fancy she wants it to be.(flash animation, paysite, ect)
Also I know many ladies who are computer savvy and designed thier own website. You can do this easily by purchacing and registering a domain name, then using a simple user-friendly website design program. See provider's update websites and keep them fresh as a way of advertising. A new and better website and new pictures can raise your business up to sometimes 50%. A website update is a small fee for the monies earned!
I think you misread the original post. They didn't want to have the web-page on the internet updated; it appears they want to know how to change the web page listed in the ladies profile here at TER.
That's done by going to that ladies profile here and submitting a trouble report with the new URL.
