how does a guy prep for anal play?

i'm looking at trying some anal play (toys, prostate massage, strap on...), but i have never done anything involving that area of my body so i'm not sure how to go about it. hopefully guys that engage in this type of act can answer my question. how do you prepare for it? i was thinking of picking up a summers eve douche at the store, but the nozzle seems pretty thick... can any of you recommend a product for cleaning?

...you may not be ready for a strap on.  The best prep I believe to clean out the poop chute is an enema:

it not about being too big, i just want the girl to be the first to stick something bigger in there rather than me doing it my self, but at the same time i want it to be clean...

You're funny lol. This is why I refuse to stick ANYTHING up or even near a guy's ass for money. Not happening. So many can't even wash the outside properly, much less the inside.

Wait, you want the PROVIDER to give you the enema? Goodness. That would be 10k. Why can't you take care of your own shit before you get there? Hate to break it to ya, but most hookers are not medical professionals, and if you go to one who is clueless about such things, you are going to be hurting...maybe even permanently.

Also, you don't do the enema RIGHT before, dude. That's just nasty. You're going to be spewing left over water and gosh knows what else. You do this HOURS before the appt. so you can make sure your ass is dry, and then right before you WASH THE AREA again. Gosh...

No offense, but you don't sound like you are ready for any kind of anal play. Might want to crawl before you walk, or some provider is going to have shit stains on her sheets.

nowhere did i say i wanted the provider to give me an enema i just said that i'd rather the girl be the first to stick something in there, but that wont be the case since i want it to be as clean as possible. that's why i clean myself with something with a thinner nozzle so that it doesn't feel like i took my own anal virginity.  
 i also never said i was going to a "provider" in another post i made days ago i mentioned that i was thinking about visiting someone to do this, but on this post i never mentioned anything about visiting a provider. my girlfriend is into the idea so i am researching in order for everything to be done as right as possible.
and i never said that i was going to do an enema right before engaging in the act... where did you get all these assumptions?
of course i'm not ready for any kind of anal play that's why i am researching and asking questions, so that when that moment comes i am as ready as i can be.
no offense, i do appreciate your input, but please read the posts better before giving your opinion.

...about providers/hobbyists.  Also, since this is the Newbie board, we're supposed to be nicer than on the other boards.  Sometimes I get frustrated though, and I'm sure London did as well but her posts are always informative.

BTW, will you guys PLEASE change the subject line to stop saying "douche nozzle?"  It was funny the first time - but really...LOL!
