I thought there would be a button to add a 2nd review for a provider but submit review makes you fill out a whole new review.   Am I missing something?

No, your not missing anything. You have to fill all that out even though it has been done by the providers very first reviewer. You can open another window and refer back to see what needs to be there if you like. Note, if you put something different it won't change on the profile. The only way to do that is to file a "problem report".

Go ahead and fill out everything and write your general details and your juicy details and hit submit. It will be listed with her other reviews when it's been approved.

Be aware it may take a while for your review to be approved.

You're not missing anything, TER is. There are more and more mistakes being made when they create new profiles or assign new reviews to the wrong provider. Until TER changes their software to include a TER ID or autopopulate the review form, I have a suggestion for EVERYONE. When reviewing someone who already has a profile, include her TER ID in your General Details.

"This is a review of Mary TER ID abcdef, not to be confused with Mary TER ID uvwxyz.  ..."

"I arranged to meet Mary (TER ID abcdef) at her incall behind the Burger King ... "
