I went bald down there 15+ years ago so as to make it more comfortable straddling my wheel. The positive side benefits in the hobby have been sublime. ;0)

I enjoy whatever makes you feel comfortable and has the least amount of questioning on the home front. If you are comfortable and you have some confidence because you are well groomed and trimmed then that is a plus….(* If being untrimmed makes you self-conscious then shave*)
