I had been under the beliefs that a lot of providers faked their orgasms very, very well.  That is until recently when I was with a new provider who had a couple O's before the action even got hot n' heavy.  These couple or orgasms were definitely NOT fake!

fake O's, many are not faked.  If she is really good, you won't know if she faked it or not.  So, what is your question?  Or were you just making a comment?
