How do you get your site linked up w/ TER

I read how to get listed and exchange your website link
but no where did it say where to do this
or where their link is to ad to your site, so you can get approval and start having the privilege to have your site in their ads hpyerlink ?

I would be greatful for any advice or instructions

this is a great site but not the most user friendly

Here you go

The TER banners link is found at the bottom of the "Provider ad posting guidelines" which is in the self help center. I have provided the link here to help you out, but I would suggest you check out the Self Help Center anyway if you haven't already. There is a lot of good info there.
