As a provider, you can get a limited VIP account (see link) and then white list a guy, which is sort of like a referral, but also indicates to other gals that you are willing to be contacted for a full referral.

I think your question is really meant to ask how you can get a TER review.  There is not "sure fire" way to do this.  Start off by posting a weekly ad on your regional board.  You can also participate in chat room.  Make some friends here, and sooner or later you will meet up with a guy who will write a TER review.

It can take a while, many gals will say, but once you get a couple of reviews, or even one good one from a well respected member of the TER community (like Mr Fisher) the door will open up.
