Mandy, click on info & policies at the top of this screen. Than on the left side of the screen you will see a list of items. One of them is White List FAQ. You'll find your answer there.
Click on the "account manager" link up top here...then on the left hand side you will see "my referrals" click that then input the gents user id and add referral...
