When your first review posts, then you will have an id number, not before.  No id number is required for a guy to post a review, he just fills out the form that asks for your ad wedsite address, personal website address, phone number, etc.  This is also true for all subsequent reviews, a reviewer never has to enter the id number, and is unable to enter an id number.
