To answer your question directly, go to search reviews and search by author using the perspective client's handle.

...Put your cursor on "More Searches."   Then click "Search by Reviewer" in the drop down menu.  Enter the reviewer's handle and you'll see his reviews.  Then you can email or PM the providers he's reviewed to check if he is OK.
