there is a section on the bottom when you are about to post a message that says "picture url" put the image url of your picture from your image hosting site in the blank.

and btw you are only allowed to post pics of yourself on your regional board, and that is only once every seven days.

such as on a site like Photobucket.

You can't just transfer it from your computer, for example.
