I'm totally new to the hobby...finally decided to take the plunge this week.  Did my homework on Eros.com and TER and narrowed it down to a few choices...HOWEVER...they are all seemingly uncomfortable that it is my 1st time, and that I am fairly young (early 30's).  What gives?  Are there any rules or etiquette I should be following?  I am looking for a good, sexy, GFE, that actually LIKES 1st timers...any suggestions in the DC area? Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

When you post a message on the board your handle appears in the upper left-hand corner. For instance, this one says: Posted by Slimroot (envelope), 11/3/2003 1:16 PM (or something close).

Because there's an envelope next to my handle, you know that this is my registered TER handle. I've also got an alias or two. If I were to post this using an alias, there wouldn't be an envelope next to the handle.

You can click on the envelope to send that person personal mail. The subject line automatically refers to the post in question. If they aren't (currently) a VIP member then they won't be able to read it until they become VIP, but you can still send it to them.

You can't send PM to an alias, hence no envelope next to the poster's name.
