How can my provider friend get a TER logo for her web site?

She is well reviewed on TER. I am afraid they will shut off her account if she doesn't get an official seal on it soon. Thanks for your advice.

tell her to look under webmasters at the top of the page, then there should be a tab on the left side of that page
