First of all as you can see i am a newbie. I been around Ter trying to learn the game. I finally decided to approach my first well reviewed provider followed her instructions gave her my info and got rejected.

My job is working for a family business that i pretty much run. This is the reason why she probably rejected me plus no references.

What can I do?
What are some goon non PSE agencies in the LA Area that i can use?

Use the search feature.  Put in "first time" and you'll come up with a lot of suggestions.

It's a real catch 22!  The ladies have to screen for their safely and comfort level.

The work phone call screen should work unless you are the one that answers the phone.  If that does not work.  Screening through RS2K, Preferred 411, or/and Date Check should help you out.
