I have been trying for at least a month to get my info on ter here updated. I have a new ad on eros which I sent in twice, new website, email and phone number. It keeps coming back to me as unapproved? why? I get no explanation. The ONLY thing I can think of is my phone number is an out of state number, not a local exchange. For the love of GOD can someone enlighten Me????? They listed my new website? what's up?
The proper way is to post a problem report on the link found on your profile page.
If that is not working, then go to "contact us" at the top of this page, and explain in detail what you have done and ask why they won't correct this information.
I keep getting the message " there is already an open problem report, check back in 48 hrs to see if this issue has been resolved. ( not exact words but close) I have not tried contact us but will, thanks for the suggestion. Providing accurate info SHOULD not be this difficult....
