Is the cost of the room part of the gift to the provider or is the client supposed to cover it? and does that change depending on weather it is outcall or incall? One of the posts in the newbie area should be Proper John Manners by P.G. Cathouse that would be hilarious.
I'll make exceptions regarding incall: if I meet a provider for the first time and she's Drop-Dead Gorgeous, I'll pay for her room.
And try to distinguish between 'weather' and 'whether'. I'm not the grammar police, but the misspelling in this case changes meaning. It seems as if you're asking if the weather (rain? snow?) determines who pays for the room. --z
if she is using the room as her incall, she pays for it. If you are providing the room for her to come to you as an outcall, you pay. One statement that was made by a previous poster, something to the effect of her being drop dead gorgeous, he would pay for the room. A word of advice, never pay for a room and leave the provider to use it as she wishes. You have no guarantee as to what other expenses she might incur which are going to be billed to you, and you don't find out until you get the bill later.
In my case the provider had already paid for her room, so I just gave her extra cash to cover it. But Swim makes a good point below.

Thanks for the good advice everyone and Zangari thanks for the spell check, can't say I'm the most coherent typist at 4am or any other time for that matter.
If I am not planning an incall in that area or on that day and a gentleman really wants to see me, I will tell him that he will need to reimburse at least half if not all of the hotel cost - its something we agree to before I come out. Of course he is also the first person I see (or the only person).
I get the room in my name so I can see others if I find there is some last minute interest from others.
If I plan an incall, then I do cover the room and do not expect to be paid anything towards the cost of the room since I know I will be seeing more than just one person.
I don't have a permanent incall, so making an arrangement to meet at a hotel in busy hotel season is very costly. In that case, I will do a two hour minimum or ask the guy to cover all or part of the room depending on how much it is. Otherwise, I am not making enough money to even make it worth it to meet the guy.
In that case, I don't use the room to meet anyone else either. But they know all of this prior and it's part of the agreement.
